Performance for children in “Zetski dom”: Continuation of cooperation with the City Theatre Podgorica

The play “20,000 miles under the sea” (5+), based on the famous novel by Jules Verne, dramatization by Jasmina Fulurija, directed by the Slovenian director Marko Čeh, will be performed on Saturday, October 22 in the Royal Theatre “Zetski dom” at 1 pm. 

Cast includes: Željko Radunović, Dijana Dragojević, Una Lučić and Božidar Zuber.

The director of the City Theatre Podgorica Stevan Koprivica reminds us that “20,000 miles under the sea” used to be mandatory reading when we were growing up.

“What used to be Jules Verne’s science fiction, today is a reality, so in this dramatization we deal with the still undiscovered secrets of the sea, and also with emotion, not so much with fantasy. The dramatization of Jasmina Fulurija is in a function of the visual solutions of the young Slovenian director Marko Čeh. That visuality does not come from high technology, but belongs to imaginations that are part of the pure theatrical language of Jasmina Fulurija.” said Koprivica.

The costume design for the play, was designed by Tijana Todorović, the music by Mladen Nikčević, and the set design by Neža Mekota.

Tickets priced at EUR 2.00 can be purchased at our box office from 10am to 1pm and from 6pm to 8pm.
