Rođen 1950. godine u Ljubljani, Eduard Miler je pozorišni reditelj. Tokom karijere, koja traje od sedamdesetih godina, postavljao je komade u brojnim teatrima na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije, te u Njemačkoj i Austriji. U prvoj polovini devedesetih, bio je i umjetnički direktor Slovenskog mladinskog gledališča u Ljubljani. Sa Kraljevskim pozorištem “Zetski dom”, Eduard Miler sarađuje od 2009. godine.
