Glumac i reditelj Ljubiša Stojčević rođen je 1904. godine u Kragujevcu. Od 1923. godine, kao glumac, nastupao je u pozorištu u Novom Sadu, nakon čega su uslijedili njegovi angažmani u Skoplju i Nišu. Član Narodnog pozorišta na Cetinju bio je u sezoni 1951/52. Ljubiša Stojčević umro je 1971. godine kod Kraljeva.
