Rođena 1964. godine u Splitu, Senka Bulić hrvatska je rediteljka i glumica. Tokom karijere, kao glumica i rediteljka, bila je angažovana u brojnim pozorištima širom bivše Jugoslavije. Izuzev toga, imala je niz uloga u dugometražnim igranim i TV filmovima. Senka Bulić je sa Kraljevskim pozorištem “Zetski dom” sarađivala tokom pozorišne sezone 2010/11.
